1. Hizmetin Kapsamı

  • Yazılım, güzellik salonları ve benzeri işletmelerin randevu yönetimini dijitalleştirmek için tasarlanmıştır.

  • Kullanıcılar, randevu oluşturma, düzenleme, iptal etme ve ödeme işlemlerini gerçekleştirebilir.

2. Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları

  • Yazılımı yalnızca yasal amaçlarla ve dürüstçe kullanacaksınız.

  • Yanlış, eksik veya yanıltıcı bilgi girmeyeceksiniz.

  • Üçüncü şahısların hesaplarına izinsiz erişim sağlamayacaksınız.

  • Yazılımın çalışmasını engelleyecek herhangi bir müdahalede bulunmayacaksınız.

3. Hesap Güvenliği

  • Kullanıcı adı ve şifrenizi gizli tutmak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.

  • Hesabınız üzerinden yapılan tüm işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.

  • Şifrenizin başkaları tarafından kullanıldığını fark ederseniz, derhal bizimle iletişime geçmelisiniz.

4. Ödeme ve Faturalandırma

  • Ödemelerde gecikme olması durumunda hizmet askıya alınabilir.

  • İade politikaları, özel kampanya şartlarına tabi olabilir.

5. Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları

  • Yazılım ve tüm içeriği (logo, tasarım, kodlar) Şirket’in mülkiyetindedir.

  • İzinsiz kopyalama, dağıtma veya ticari amaçla kullanım yasaktır.

6. Hizmet Değişiklikleri ve Sona Erdirme

  • Şirket, önceden bildirimde bulunarak yazılım özelliklerini değiştirebilir veya hizmeti durdurabilir.

  • Kullanım şartlarını ihlal eden hesaplar, uyarı olmaksızın askıya alınabilir.

7. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

  • Yazılım, “olduğu gibi” temelinde sunulur; performans garantisi verilmez.

  • Yazılım kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan Şirket sorumlu değildir.

8. Uyuşmazlık Çözümü

  • Anlaşmazlıklarda önce arabuluculuk yolu denenmelidir.

9. Değişiklikler
